I think the rich dad poor dad guy is a bone head who got lucky (and maybe was smart) from making his money from velcro wallets.... but any idiot who told people to buy homes the last few years for investment is a dumb JERK who should be ASHAMED OF HIMSELF for still telling people to buy, etc.,. He should learn about Harry Dent, Jr,. and NOT have been SO SELF ABSORBED telling people about STUFF WHICH HE KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT - OBVIOUSLY.... We are in a Recession until 2014 at the earliest.... Don't buy investment properties just yet----- BONEHEADS WHO LISTEN TO THIS BONEHEAD!!!!!!!!!!!
