I listen to Beck rarely on the radio, but when I have, he seems to be singing Jesus' praise, so I, for what little I have heard, agree with him.

17 months ago: That's like saying people who don't believe in the reality of Santa Claus, Bigfoot, or the Tooth Fairy are cultists but the particular definition of cult I was looking at it pertain to Glenn Beck being a Mormon is the evangelical protestant definition of cult, as in evangelicals tend to think of Mormons as a false Christian cult. That's the irony here.

Atheism on the other hand is not necessarily a cult, but it is a religion.

I could agree on that and Atheism is certainly irrational in the sense of absolutely denying the possibility of any kind of intelligence or existence beyond one's present understanding. It's rather similar to irrationalists who claimed man could never fly or journey to the moon. As I see it, dogmatic atheism is simply the irrational inverse of dogmatic theism.

And dogmatism when combined with certain ideologies or theologies can be a toxic brew as we know from history (e.g. Atheist Soviet Union, Christian Germany WWII) and present day examples that are all too apparent.

No Scot, it's rather the oppsite. When the partisan right blows up and blames Obama for everything or castigates him for something petty like bowing to the emporer, I enjoy pointing out where Bush or the GOP did the same thing. You don't have to like that of course and you can feel free to throw the stones but I'm not going to change.

Ronbot also made posts about all the state governors getting notices to step down before it happened and he's made posts about the alleged FEMA camps.

Shoot the messenger would imply that the bearer of news is simply bearing bad news as opposed to believing it or being responsible for it. That's not the case here.
