The recession proof business.

There are a few business's that are recession proof, but nothing as good as the janitorial business. When there is building over 25,000 sq ft. Who is going to clean it? The person you hired that is on your staff to do the janitorial work? Let me see, it cost you about $15.00 an hour to keep that person employed and don't forget if they call in sick. Hope you're ready to roll up your sleeves and grab the ole' map and bucket. I don't think you are. This is where janitorial service companies come into play.
In the long run they come out much cheaper than hiring an employee on your pay roll. They get the work done much faster and are experts at cleaning.

The main reason this business is recession proof is that huge office buildings all over the world need people to clean and clean good. Just imagine walking into an office building that is dirty and you're there to give them money for a contract to do business with them. You see dirt on the floor, the elevators look like WWII inside of a metal box. I think you would walk away and go somewhere else.
So instead of letting their building look like hell, they contract a janitorial service to maintain the building. There are millions of buildings out there that need this service and cannot do with out it. Yes some buildings may go out of business during a recession, but there will be plenty more opening up.

Most janitorial business's are very competitive and claw and scratch for leads and bid's for these huge job's. I used to work for a lead generating company and they would charge from $199.99 to $999.99 for a lead.
Yes you read right almost 1,000 clams for a lead. You would get a walk through with the decision maker and a chance to leave your bid. Let me repeat the key words in that last sentence: "Chance to leave your bid for $1,000.00" This price would be for 1 million sq ft or more of cleaning. But to pay that much just to leave a bid is a sin.

So I started my own business www.crbids.com after listening to the janitorial companies concerns about paying that much to leave bid's. You will never pay over $29.99 for a lead no matter the size.
This business is also recession proof as it fit's hand in hand with the cleaning needs of buildings all over the world.

If you're tired and want to do something that will never go away, grab a broom or a mop and start a cleaning service. Start with small office buildings (2,000 sq ft.), then work your way up to the big ones.

This is why I decided to help out the provider and save him some money.
It's a huge buisness, when one job can get you a yearly contract for 50k.
Thanks!
17 months ago: OK. You bought into a program. Fair enough. You have your expenses which started a roughly 200 bucks. You have your other expenses...

Computer, electricity, water, payroll tax, social security tax, medicare tax, medicade tax and all of those other hidden taxes.

Fine. Great! I love people that get others jobs at 15 dollars per hour.

Please. Your helping the provider? Who would that be? You? I'll send you 199.99 the day you offer me a soild multi-year contract that I can net 10 percent on.

Since you pay so well what is the calculation of your expense payback after you get those unwanted jobs, pay for the vehicles, pay for the supplies, pay the payroll, pay the taxes?

Your 199.99 is toast. I hope you enjoy toast. Along with the other hidden fees and taxes your about to be hit with. Maybe French Toast?

I don't charge 199.99 Take a look at the site www.crbids.com and you will see the best price for leads in the service buisness.
Hope that helps you to understand how I help the provider.
17 months ago: Sorry Bob. Not meaning to be critical. Since your "Off Shore" in Costa Rica. Why don't you move within the U.S. border and try it? Could it be too many wire fraud laws and the F.B.I.? Your not subject to those in Costa Rica are you?

Where are you going to find the workers willing to work HARD?

You are going to fail if you don't pay more for the legals.

Good luck.

I tell it like it is, I pull no punches, tell no lies, and I am as I am
