As it is nearly impossible to hold an election or agree on a candidate. choosing a leader would be impossible.
Besides there would be too much Ballot Box DOSing and other shenanigans for the LUTZ.
Anonymous if it could choose leaders it would pick those that best help with their loosely aligned addenda.
