It's .55 OZ of pure delight! The Reese's Peanut Butter Cup by The Hershey Company is a classic treat that is for chocolate and peanut butter lovers; together; and there are quite a lot of people, who just can't say no to this essential delicious pick-me-up.

Unwrapping the squarely wrapped orange wrapper from the candy package, and removing the round paper dish from the little round pie, consisting of chocolate crust and peanut butter filling, delivers an enticing moment of things to come...

When you bite into the chocolate end-crust, and savor the creamy sweetness of it, you may wonder - How could this get any better? Then it's time to get filled-up with the richness and fortifying protein part of the cup... The peanut butter filling; which is, in combination with the chocolate - a perfect union of two elements, uniting into a delectable snacking treat (for some) - and for others, it may be the ultimate candy pick-me-up, to satisfy those sugar/protein cravings that we may get when we are on-the-go.

21 months ago: Yeah, yeah. I have heard it before. I actually ticked the better half off during the last 72 hours and she said to me..."not everyone has your metabolism"...

I kinda slammed that door when I said "then walk a few more feet during the day"....

That went over like a floating surprise in the punch bowl....

So, I just grinned shook it off and went to the number 2 fridge.
Pulled out a half gallon of Blue Bell Cookies and Cream and found some Fudge to top off my "In Your Face".

She is just steamed because no matter how much or what I eat I still weigh the same as I did 40 years ago.

I think she is secretly praying each night that it should sooner or later catch up to me.....

Until that time....Yummie....

21 months ago: Strawberries, squashed into an nice, semi-liquid, pulp, some sugar mixed in to sweeten the deal, fresh pie crust still warm from the oven (or Angel Food Cake or short cake), Yarnell's French Vanilla ice cream (or Cool Whip) to top it all in a large bowl. Yeah, I think that tops the Reese's PB cup. Not knocking them, love to eat them myself, but I'll take the berries every time!

Good post Lean!

The delectable meshing of two uniquely different tastes exploding together in one yummy bite! It is also as Dairy Queen and all the other Soft Serve Vendors know a perfect addition to the thick treats they churn up and is a popular pick out of many selections..and has anyone ever had the opportunity to dive into a Reeses Cheesecake Pie? Good Grief-- Go Get One..It is not an experience for the ultimate peanut butter chocaholic would want to miss out on. Great Post Lean123...but--now I need to have one. It's nice to know that Great Minds Think Alike!
