It seems that there is descension in the house of cards lately, a lot of atheists don't want Richard Dawkins as their Pope... bad enough that his "science" is wanting, but many in his own court find him a flailing failure when it comes to philosophy. Here is some of what even his supporters are saying...

Richard Dawkins is the most quoted atheist of our time. Atheists seem to look up to him as a wise leader and expect him to answer these questions for them. Their trust could be put in the hands have a much more qualified man than Dawkins... His own made up definitions of philosophic positions, such as Pantheism, are completely wrong."

Who knows Richard may be the best that atheism has to offer. I particularly like the animated video done of The Dawkins Delusion, it seems to cover all the same arguments that Dawkins used to present his case for his book the God Delusion. The rational used to disprove God has a long way to go... one might say it's slim pickins in the "evidence" department... and it's mark "ryan" and difficult to find. We are looking for a perfect horizon, but our own stan... five times harder to find.
I personally think one needs to be out of the box on this one, no preconceived notions, let the chips fall where they may... regardless whether is sounds like huey; Newton to contemporary scientists believe in God, so why can't we. Pseudo intellectuals think we have gone to Pluto... no mister! We couldn't be more grounded! The thinker in all this would really conclude that there is a hidden meaning... and it would be simply find out for your self. Take some time out to discover God... call it a "vision quest" or something only half as cool... but don't let people think for you... live for you... and talk for you.
Take a walk in a wooded area, among the cypress... gang your thoughts and your emotions... and consider, like the song ...what a wonderful world! God bless !:]
