The other day I was driving along route 6 down on the Cape and realized I had a fairly substantial hunger growing inside of me. Conveniently, there was a Dunkin' Donuts a block ahead to I pulled in. I proceeded to order my usual iced coffee but then something unusual happened:
My attention, usually given to ordering a Boston Creme doughnut, was diverted to the advertisement for the new cheddar bagel twist. Now, I understand that a good majority of you have probably never had the unbelievable experience of visiting one of these fine pastry bearing establishments, but I assure you it's worth the time. Needless to say; i ordered the cheddar bagel twist and it most certainly lived up to the hype I had been hearing on the radio commercials. I won't say it's as good as my all time favorite, the Boston Creme, but it is still a solid breakfast alternative if you need to stray from the usual.
