Makes 4 Servings
Ingredients
2 pounds of shrimp
1 chopped stalk of celery
½ cup of finely chopped onions
¼ cup of dill
5 tbsp. of mayonnaise
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
3 chopped hard boiled eggs
Directions
Combine all of the above ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Serve on crackers, a roll, or salad.
