It's official, Sate Senator Scott Brown has entered the race to fill the remainder of Ted Kennedy's term.
Brown is sure to be outspent and out organized in this quick campaign. His only advantage is that the Democrats seems to have about 4 or five potential runners and may waste valuable campaign time fighting for a primary win.
For now Senator Brown's campaign website is primarily set up to gather names, as the campaign will really need a strong grass-roots following if it is going to gain any kind of momentum.
Another plus for the Republicans is the fact that much of the nation will be watching the outcome of this Senate race, and it should help give him some good publicity. It senator Brown can in fact pull off a victory for the Republicans in the heavily Democratic state it would be a huge boost for the Republican party and perhaps send signals that the rest of the country is ready for a change in power after four years of a Democratically controlled Congress.
