When we get down to it what matter's most, that piece of fried chicken (all though it sure taste good) or your heart health. I have seen to many young women for the most part die due to lack of health concerns or awareness of the fact. We as a single generation of 30 something individuals have to make a wise decision to go on or not. I made the change in my health when I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and walking around with a Blood Pressure reading of 280/195, a gastronomic effect that could of ended my life but it took me being hospitalized for a week; with annoying doctor's (whom I thank so much) in and out of my room, going through test after test and having my heart health at the 15% tile to realize how serious and for all the better parts how grateful I am to God for healing me and opening my eyes. Yeah, most say why it took that... well like most young people for the last 15 years I though I would never, ever see death's door or even be knocking on it. My life was going fine to what I can see and nothing could stop it except a single bullet to the head. Wow... to say the least. Nutrition and dedication, consistency and perseverance also led me on to fight against Heart Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. I want you to be aware and fight with me to voice all opinion through out the world how serious it is, when someone like me or you in their 30's can drop dead from something that could have been prevented or even treated.
