Today I am reminded, That no matter what life throws at us God is good.
God is always good. Yes many times we suffer, many times we watch as those around us suffer. Does that mean God is not good, No. God is always good.
As humans we often choose to run from what we know is calling us. We get to a point in our lives, where we start to realize, there is more. Yet we still fight it. We try to hold on to wordly things. We fight aging, we fight getting older, we fight death. Yet somewhere in our spirit, we know we cannot. Some of us try to block the voice of God. We muffle it by drinking too much or whatever we can. We do not want to give in.
Trust me, whether by few stripes or by many, you will come, I will come. We all will come.
If God is speaking to your heart today. Do not harden your heart. I pray that God will reach your heart and show you the depths of His everlasting love and forgiveness.
All of us sin, no one is perfect. Do not be ashamed anymore. Give it to Jesus, I did. He takes it all away. Will you weep..yes. Will you cry out..probably.
Just as the storm passes a rainbow comes, so it is with us. We let go of the storm, and Gods promise of peace will come into your heart.
There is nothing more beautiful then His love filling your being and the release of all the past, all the horrible things that we all have done, in some way or another.
Be free my friends. Be free today. May the peace of Jesus set you free.
