The movie star just finished her Clean detox program, which helped her lose some extra pounds she’d put on during a relaxed period of her life. But now, Gwyneth Paltrow is getting back to basics.
In a recent interview in GOOP magazine she described her clean detox diet and offered some tips for people who want to slim down, increase blood circulation, and sweat out the bad stuff!
- Avoid processed foods.
- Make time for saunas, massages, baths, and skin brushing.
- Think positive and have fun!
Even though most diets leave you feeling tired and kinda “out of it,” Gwyneth said that her Clean detox diet left her feeling pumped and energized.
So if you’re looking to clean up your life this summer, think about the clean detox diet. I know I’m going to try it… but I might backslide a bit. I really like Macaroni and Cheese!
