Many things have changed in the last week after the alleged TEA party, Republican, Conservative, Sarah Palin supporter, and Skin Head, allegedly, shot, killed, and wounded people in Arizona.
Yeah, many things have changed. Like the fact that these alleged liberal people are calling for civility out of the corners of their mouths. Well, maybe that has not changed.
It didn't take too long for it to even make its' way to the NFL. The NFL has announced that it will no longer tolerate player vitriol.
Yeah. The manly sport which now reschedules games because of weather will no longer tolerate any player saying such things as...
I'm going to take him out
He is mine. I hope he enjoys it rough.
I'll own him and then his wife
After I knock his head off I'll spit in his face
I know. I know. Those are mild but what happened to the NFL vitriol? The NFL says it is OK to do the deed as long as you don't promote it beforehand?
The NFL (and politics) is no longer a full contact sport.
Which leads to another question. Now that the Republicans have a majority in the House. Democrats are calling for mixed seating arrangements?
Is that to make the house more purplish than Red? Is it an attempt to stop the vitriol?
Why now? Why not before?
