I learned at least two things from my likely “infamous” rant of some time back. Though I was never able to dismiss my original hypothesis (yea I know, don’t even go there!), it was still a learning experience. That in its self places value on it for me.
The first thing I learned is why people evade controversial subjects. I suppose one needs to be either brave or stupid to delve into those subjects which are much steeped in emotion, to try and wrench out the truth of the matter. I would like to feel that I am brave but I am not so arrogant to not think that something less than intelligence may have been involved as well. Nevertheless I do have the ability to admit when I am wrong and that hopefully counts for something. As I have done already and don’t mind doing again I say I am sorry to those of whom I have been rude to in an attempt to make my point or just in a sheer lack of
patience upon someone not having seen the point I was trying to make. That being said I may still do some controversial pieces and on my behalf it is my opinion that the truth is not always in fashion or popular but it is always worth seeking out none the less. It is my sincere hope that everyone agrees with me on that point at least.
The other thing I learned is that it has been way to long since my last vacation. So I will do my part to help keep the Airlines afloat. I will shell out five thousand of my hard earned money before it becomes worth only five hundred and go to Jakarta Indonesia with my family to visit family.
From there who knows.
So the old saying there is always a silver lining may be true after all. And if you don’t hear from me for a while don’t worry I’ll be soaking up the sun on some beach somewhere shamelessly spending my money before Uncle
Sam steals it from me to distribute it to someone that he feelsis more deserving of it. Take care.
Jakarta is gone to Jakarta!
