A no fly zone has be implemented in Libya, after weeks of deliberation, and hundreds killed, Rusher and China abstained.
The Canadian government is dispatching six CF-18 fighter jets to help enforce the United Nations' no-fly zone above Libya.
This would be implemented on Friday as other nations who supported the resulation will be assembled, in southern Europe.
Approximately 120 to 200 support staff will be dispatched in the operation.

Misspelled, Russia.
Graham praised France which, along with Britain, led initial efforts at the UN to declare a no-fly zone. The two countries and Lebanon, the only Arab country among the 15 Security Council members, circulated a draft resolution Tuesday night that includes a flight ban among other measures.
"One general rule of politics: be as bold as the French and you'll never go wrong," Graham said in a clear dig at the Obama administration.
In a letter to the council Wednesday, French President Nicolas Sarkozy said it was "high time for the international community . . . to pull together" and "respond without delay to the urgent appeal of the League of Arab States."
The 15-nation council agreed on a draft resolution in talks on Wednesday, which could still be refined before the vote, diplomats said.
The council will vote on the resolution on Thursday. Those for the no-fly measure will have to overcome varying degrees of opposition from China and Russia, both veto-bearing permanent council members, and Germany, an influential non-permanent member.
Graham said the United States should be ready to implement a no-fly zone regardless of the outcome at the UN.
"I would not let the Security Council be the last word on what's best for our national security," he said.
But if the draft fails to pass, France may be unwilling to act after insisting in the approach to the 2003 Iraq war that action could not be taken against the regime of Saddam Hussein unless explicitly approved by the Security Council.
Diplomats said Russia suggested the Security Council should call for a ceasefire, but Gadhafi himself has said his forces need only another "48 hours" to overcome the rebellion.

Hi Edward. I really like reading your opinions, but we disagree on this one.
Among other things, America does not have the money for this action and should stay out of it altogether.
The League of Arab States have the resources to do this themselves, if they really wanted to.

I am tired of you kids fighting and killing one another. When will you learn to mind your own business. I live in Arizona at the current time. I am a homeless CITIZEN of the united states. When will this country do more to help me and others like me? I worked in this country for more than 25 years and paid taxes and fees, and parking tickets. The machine that made most of those bullets, helmets, tanks and guns don't really need money,..... I need money. This government is blowing my life up every time they go to war without me. This government in this country of my birth, this good old U.S.A. should be walked out into the public view and beaten like somebody who is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt,..I charge you with criminal mischief, child neglect, child endangerment, willfull destruction of life and private property, trespassing, fraud, and a host of afflictions that are killing the citizens of this rich country. You, my government, have declared war for candy that is not yours, and you have told me that there is no room for me in the military, because you want all the candy for you and all your fat kids. Well now you can eat it and rot! Eat it until it comes out of your nose.

Ricardo, I have read your profile, and it seems to me that you are a very negative person, you have to change the way you think, you will change the way you feel. you said that you suffer from depression? Why can't you get a job? Are you in a wheel chair?
I mentor people in hopeless situations but you have to be willing to be helped, and I don't mean financially.
