Hooray for the Tea Party!

The Tea Party has essentially agreed with the NAACP that there are racist elements in the Tea Party and has acceded to their demands and begun to condemn the rascist elements in their movement.

The Tea Party has expelled the spokesman for the Tea Party Express spokesman Mark Williams, after he wrote a clearly racist blog satirizing a fictional letter from what he called "Colored People" to President Abraham Lincoln.

See: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/38299783/ns/...

Now all the Tea Party needs to do to become a viable party that people would be willing to vote for, would be to also condemn the extreme radical nutcases in the party that are calling for armed insurrection and to kick out those who carry around guns to intimidate others. They could start by condemning Sharron Angle who called for "Second Amendment Remedies" if they lost at the ballot box.

The tea Party should also condemn threats of violence like the signs calling for Obama'a death, as the NAACP has condemned the New Black Panther Party. (all 12 of them). http://voices.washingtonpost.com/postpar...

19 months ago: what exactly are "racist elements"? Would Trent Lott be considered a racist element? Because if so the national Republican party also needs to apologize for its "racist elements." Would Robert Byrd be considered a "racist element", or how about the New Black Panther Party, or maybe Reverend Wright and Black Liberation Theology. Would those be considered "racist elements"?

Maybe also the Democrats and the White House should also apologize for the terrorist elements within their own party since they count William Ayers as one of their own.

Ridiculous isn't it?

19 months ago: The new Black Panther Party and most blacks, believe that if and when their State is a Republic, that their federal Benefits will disappear.

Blacks are more than most other Americans, dependent on hand-outs to survive.

They are threatened with fear of having it worst than before.

The Tea party are composed by middle class Americans, and not violent people, and they want less government and less taxes.

The blacks have been trained by the commie liberals, to believe that only more government taxation of the people, will help them.

They are on the bottom of the economic ladder and are the less educated and the less willing to work hard.

They have had it good by living off the Feds, and their fear is the fear of a low-life that does not want to work as hard as Mexicans or other poor people.

They complain but are not willing to give up the food stamps and all the other free programs that they depend on.

The States want their Sovereignty back, and oppose unconstitutional Federal laws.

Of course that is exactly what the commies want, and they are using the fearful blacks as their tool.

They have used the race card as their only weapon to survive.

Middle class America is NOT against them.

Of course you will find racists in even the commie movement.

But racists are in the extreme minority in each and every major party.

Wanting less government and less taxes is not a racial issue. But their inability to survive makes them angry at anyone that wants more freedom from government.

They are not to blame for this fear, you can only blame the source of their fear and that is the commie Liberals, who claim the Tea Party wants an armed revolution (insane liberal thinking).

I tell it like it is, I pull no punches, tell no lies, and I am as I am

19 months ago: Sorry putz. The NAACP might have said they are against the NBP. But their Actions out weigh their words. They actively advocated and pressed the DoJ - "Brother "Holder" to drop those nasty charges after the court had already ruled and was approaching a "penalty phase". Nice to know we are now subject to second guessing because of race after we have been convicted of a felony.

You thing the NAACP is you buddy? Yeah, your the next one to get shafted while they stomp all over you to get in line for the free stuff you paid for...

Have a nice NAACP Cracker death.
19 months ago: Out of the thousands if not hundreds of thousands of signs... Those are the best you can find? You make our point. Besides who knows how many like you are trying to stir up the crap by infiltrating. You commie, left, social, anti-white, anti-brown, anti-black, anti-red, anti-yellow, Rainbow Dream pipe smoker. I still say you need to visit west Texas and find some peyote buttons or the southeast and get some silly shrooms. That mixture might get you thinking straight.

I wonder what I would be called if I started The National Association for the Advancement of Caucasian People?

Enough is enough already. We are all equal and the more we **** about lingering racism the more we encourage the idea that people are different based on their skin color.

I saw this news item the other day, and I was glad for it: it was finally the right thing to do. We all know that the Tea Party attracts racists the way $#&! attracts flies. Mark Williams was the worst example. I've never heard anyone but a racist use the expression "race baiter," and every time that goof appears on television the collective national I.Q. drops 50 points.

There already is a "National Association for the Advancement of Caucasian People." You probably know it as the NRA.

18 months ago: JAK, are you one of the commie infiltrators?

How do "WE" know this?

...We all know that the Tea Party attracts racists the way $#&! attracts flies...

If I remember correctly the phrase went somethink like...

"You can attract more flies with honey rather than with vinegar"

Both sides of the $#&! pile need to worry. We are ready to toss them all out and cut your state funding to boot. U.S. foreign AID? First on my chopping block.

Think not? Read this mindset article from a receiver of AID...

Please read the last sentence again and again until you understand that they are not grateful for assistance.

"Foreign aid or (development assistance) is often regarded as being too much, or wasted on corrupt recipient governments despite any good intentions from donor countries. In reality, both the quantity and quality of aid have been poor and donor nations have not been held to account."

http://www.globalissues.org/article/35/f...

We have not been "held to account" for giving AID. Cut these ungrateful bastards off and let them eat dirt and drink the water they crap in. End of my money.

Yeah, Call that racist.
18 months ago: He's dead...no...really?? Just kidding. But you are right, what was I thinking? Now that he is dead there is no need to apologize for the 50 years as an elected democrat congressman/senator.

I used the term race baiter the other day when I referred to Jessy Jackson's comments about the Cleveland Browns owner. Are you calling ME a racist?

You never answered before if you used the term "Cracker".

You just did.

18 months ago: Read their signs, Cypress. Altruist had his choice when he went looking for images that confirmed the alleged racism. Is every member of the Tea Party a racist? Of course not. But it is a blind spot, and the Tea Party was correct to address it and tell Mark Williams to take a hike.

I'm never sure what's going on with fringe groups like the Tea Party Express. Part of it, I've always thought, is the neverending backlash against political correctness--same kind of material heard on right-wing talk radio every day. These guys are so eager to prove that they are not politically correct, they can't distinguish between the soft, ridiculous excesses of PC, and things that actually cause harm or coarsen the debate and are easily avoided. They never get that there's a difference between being stridently free speech and being a crank or a boor. So no, I can't even say for sure that it's purposely racist.

That's the takeaway statement from all this and oh by the way Ronbot, do your comments here on blacks have any correlation with your post on the 'dying race of mongrel Jews'? Although that post was expunged, Google has kindly saved it for posterity:

Thanks that makes me feel good that the Rothschilds and their rich club of international bankers know that I will expose the truth.

To intent was to make the world see who is behind all wars and all major national problems.

The money changers have always been with us, and must be exposed.

P. S. I always have defended the blacks, but some blacks think that the Republics will be bad for them, because of the commie liberals' bad education and slander.

Not so, there are many minorities in the plan to get rid of unconstitutional federal laws and to recover a state's sovereignty.

"I used the term race baiter the other day when I referred to Jessy Jackson's comments about the Cleveland Browns owner. Are you calling ME a racist?"

No, Harshaw: (1) I don't know you personally. But (2), I do call that the perfect storm of conservative targets. NAACP--check. Jesse (no "y") Jackson--check. That you were able to slip "race baiter"--an expression used PATHOLOGICALLY in KKK and neo-Nazi literature--into that discussion: that's just priceless.

And that "the Ronbot Hunter" actually uses the phrase "the blacks" in a post that's unapologetically anti-Semitic. I mean, I couldn't have scripted this uber-sensitive and perfectly reasonable discussion of race and ethnicity any better. This place is like walking into a museum these days, full of Jim Crow-era, angry white guy relics. Dust yourselves off and regroup.
18 months ago: Yeah, the signs..it's the signs...

Not the thought, words or intent... Not the context or the nature...

It's the signs...

Enter Shirley Sherrod and the Obama USDA and the NAACP.

http://content.usatoday.com/communities/...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R98-d_ked...

U.S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack.
CAPTIONBy Bruce Smith, APThe Obama White House has been dragged into the controversy over a U.S. Agriculture Department employee fired for comments about a white farmer.

Shirley Sherrod, a black woman who was the USDA's director of rural development in Georgia, told the Associated Press that a department official said the White House wanted her resignation.

...The controversy began Monday when the conservative website biggovernment.com posted a two-minute, 38-second video clip of Sherrod's remarks to a local NAACP banquet.

In the video, Sherrod talks about the first time a white farmer came to her for help when she worked for a nonprofit rural farm aid group in 1986. She said he came in acting "superior" to her and that she debated how much help to give him.

"I was struggling with the fact that so many black people had lost their farmland and here I was faced with helping a white person save their land," she said.

Initially, she said, "I didn't give him the full force of what I could do" and only gave him enough help to keep his case progressing...

Yeah, your right! It is all about the signs.

Yeah, your right it's all about the NAACP hiding their racist agenda.

http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2010/07/2...

"Sherrod said later in the same speech she was wrong and ultimately helped the man save his farm but that didn't air on the Internet.

And the farmer and his wife have defended her.

"She was just as nice as she could be," said Roger Spooner. "As far as racism, I think that's somebody who wants to start something."

Now this was 24 year ago - me thinks the teabaggers are working overtime to dig up race baiting dirt.
18 months ago: ME sorry? Not. Watch the video. The NAACP crowd in the NAACP meeting listening to Shirley Sherrod tell the story snickers and laughs in acceptance when she tells how she shafted the cracker. You think she would still have a job if nothing was there?
18 months ago: New dirt?

...But it's not the first time Sherrod faced off against the federal government. Days before she was appointed to the USDA post last year, her group reportedly won a $13 million settlement in a longstanding discrimination suit against the USDA known commonly as the Pigford case.

The Rural Development Leadership Network announced last summer that New Communities Inc. -- a group Sherrod formed with husband Charles, who is a civil rights activist, and with other black farmers -- had reached the agreement. The RDLN said the USDA had "refused" to offer new loans or restructure old loans to members of New Communities, leading to the discrimination claim.

The announcement said that in addition to the $13 million to New Communities, Shirley and Charles Sherrod would each get $150,000 for "pain and suffering." ...

18 months ago: Redemption, Cypress. Shirley Sherrod was telling a story about her own redemption: inclined to think one way, learning the error, and doing the job she was paid to do, and more. That is, of course, if you're inclined to believe the farmer named in this story who, along with his wife--as mark says-- defends Shirley Sherrod. That part of the video, the real context--of course--was missing from Andrew Breitbart's post, his agenda being different from the actual truth here. He now insists that the video came to him "pre-edited". I guess he has no responsibility to get the entire story out before posting any damning allegation. What about you? You even interested in the truth here?
18 months ago: Redemption? Shirley Sherrod and her activist husband Charles sued the USDA for discrimination and won BEFORE she was given the USDA position. Then she turns around and does the same thing she sued the USDA for against a white man or men. We don't know how many she discriminated against yet. Redemption or retribution?
18 months ago: "They got into a fight with the tea party, and all of this came out as a result of that," Sherrod said, in reference to the NAACP's resolution last week accusing the tea party of having used "racist" tactics.

Read more: http://www.politico.com/news/stories/071...

But see...that's not fair. Notice the change in language? Subtle....but now instead of the tea party having "racist elements" it's "racist tactics". And the farmer has not addressed if he was trying to make himself seem superior to her.

18 months ago: I am glad to see that the White House apologized to Shirley Sherrod. They canned her because they didn't even want the slightest rumor of any racism. but that was based on a tape that was edited by a Republican to give a distorted image. It seems that propaganda is more important than the truth on that side.

Yes people do change, Sherrod did and so did Robert Byrd. Byrd started as a racist and then later defended civil rights and fought against racism.
16 months ago: Wow! Looks like PIGFORD is a fraud and another Obama retribution scheme.

Who posted the question first? Yeah. Remember this day while your look at the comments from 2 months ago that are posted above.

If Obama and his crew are part of this scam the term would be "Impeachment" for fraud against America and using taxpayer dollars for buying votes.
