Glitchy’s Obsessed With: Book Stores

I love books. I really do even if I don’t like the contents of the book like biographies and self help books, I am not good with non fiction books in general (kind of one-sided I know). I love the smell of a new book. I know that sounds weird but there is no better smell than new book smell.
So when it comes to books you can not send me alone into a books store, because I will not come out. You can’t send my father with me as back up either, because he is just as bad as I am. I will sit there for hours and sit with a book and skim through the pages. Then I would take another after another and unless my mother comes in after us we would not leave that store. mostly likely we would find a comfy chair and fall asleep in it. Spending the night in that very same store. Most of you are probably thinking “what about your daily needs?” Don’t worry I promise to get lost in a Barnes and Noble that has one of those cafes and those big bathrooms.
I think the world would be a lot happier if people spent time in a book store. The would learn so much, and they wouldn’t be angry at much of anything because they say “hey its cool I understand I read about it.” yah I know I am exaggerating but hey I say turn the world into a giant books store. *peaceful sigh* ah the bliss.

37 months ago: Dude, I'm right there with you! The bookstore is my escape place....my happy place (lol). My husband is bound to cut up my book club cards soon. He will NOT let me go into a book store alone. It NEVER fails. I don't come out empty handed. And the worst part about it is, I don't always finish the book I've started on before I'm buying more. I save them too. I get so connected to my books I cant recycle them. I keep them. I have walls full of bookshelves full of books! I have my own library! Been saving up books for a while. But the good thing is, my friends and family use them too so they do get continued use.
