You know you’re hungry. Here’s my family’s recipe for Ezekiel bread. Try it! It’s really good and healthy for you, too! The history of Ezekiel bread is from the Bible. God told Ezekiel to make this bread, and even gave him the recipe. Now, I’m passing it on to you!

Dry ingredients:

2 1/2 cups of wheat berries
1 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 cup of millet
1/2 cup of barley
1/4 cup dried of lentils
2 tablespoons of white beans
2 tablespoons of kidney beans
2 tablespoons of pinto beans
2 packages of activated yeast
2 tablespoons of salt

Wet ingredients:

4 cups of water
1 cup of honey
1/2 cup of olive oil

1. Mix the wet ingredients and yeast together in a big bowl and let it sit for about five minutes

2. Grind up all of the beans (you can use a food processor) and mix them with the grains. Add the flour and salt to the wet ingredients and stir for 10-15 minutes.

3. Put the dough into two greased bread pans.

4.Let the dough rise for about one hour.

5. Bake at 350 degrees until the loaves are golden brown – about 45 minutes.

That’s it! It’s really good! Try this Ezekiel bread recipe tonight!

32 months ago: You should save up and get one. The things are awesome for a quick loaf. Pour in the package, add water and press a button. Next time your at the grocery store look at all of the different types of breadmaker mixes. I stock a 3 month supply in my dry storage room (along with bottled water). Yeah, I also have a generator and fuel stored, along with 2 full freezers and a refrigerator. You never know...

32 months ago: When did you actually walk down the appliance section of (say anywhere) Walmart and look for one? Man, they are on the shelf. You need a good brand name? Seriously, you buy the pre-mix and add room temp water and push a button. bread comes out.

I'm not joking...
