6 months ago: I've got no idea how many people are occupying. I am not condoning the action of the people who committed the crimes. I am simply saying that judging a large group by the actions of a few is not an effective way to criticize a group.

As for the Tea Party rallies, I'm sure they have been more peaceful (a bunch of old farts sitting around misspelling words on posters and ignoring the Constitution don't sound like a bastion of crime). That said, the leadership of the Tea Party are some of the worst criminals in the country.

6 months ago: The numbers are not really that important. Comparing Houston to New York City is ridiculous. There are 2 million people in Houston and it is located in a highly conservative state. There are almost 10 million people in New York City and it is in a highly Liberal state. The number of people at Liberal rallies in NYC should be much higher than those at Liberal rallies in Houston.

It is still funny that people who are protesting the way the government is running and complaining about the lack of jobs in America have become the target of the Tea Party, who until the Liberals started doing it too, were complaining about jobs and the direction of the country.

Why is the OWS worse the the Tea Party? They are both funded by corrupt politicians. They both are far too extreme. They both guilty of offensive acts. They are the same movement, they just have different social opinions.

This is a dictionary definition of Statism. It is also the same definition found in several Encyclopedia and on Wikipedia.

Statism in the United States can be applied to a belief that the Federal Government should be limited and that the individual States' should maintain their own laws as outlined in the Constitution. (This interpretation of Statism is relatively new and is generally discussed from a political philosophy standpoint. There are several scholars doing very interesting work on this topic now).

I asked you your predictions for 2012 (we will pretend that you are not so stupid that I have to point out that we are talking about elections). Then I followed up by asking you if you would like to make a wager on THOSE predictions. You then went on some idiotic rant about how I am supposed to set terms when you have not yet answered the first question which is critical to the bet.

Then you did answer by saying that Obama would win by election fraud. I then offered you a bet, which I assume you are going to decline because in order for you to win you would have to actually have some idea of what you are talking about for once in your pathetic existence, oh and you would have to read and think for yourself to prove the election fraud by doing research (something I'm certain you are not capable of).

6 months ago: Dow and ExxonMobil have been in that district since the 1940's...long before Ron Paul was elected. He continues to get re-elected regularly despite trying to get rid of the government programs that allow for those companies to do what they do. Further, Ron Paul follows the Constitution to the "t". He is a federal Congressman, his ability as a government member does not allow him to mandate what companies can set up shop in his district, that is a State and Local issue. As far as the DoD and DoE dumping waste into the ocean, I'm not sure how Ron Paul is supposed to force them to stop on his own. He has long been trying to disband many of the federal government agencies that you mention.
