When I was in college we did outreaches every weekend for the homeless in the philly subways. When you sit down and talk with a homeless person for the first time you would think these people are not normal people, incompetent talentless people that just did not fit into our society.
The sad part of it all is the women I sat down with was old enough to my grandmother. She lost her job and had no choice but to be homeless. Homelessness is not a choice it is a fact of life. They hit a rough time in their lives or have no family to fall back on.
Your mind races to come up with excuses why we have a homless problem in America but your left with the sad fact many either turn their noses up from our homeless problem or ignore it altogether.
I was doing some research on homeless in America and come across a rare find. That was Daniel Mustard. He is one that might beat homelessness if he can get his **** together as his song reverberates
Woulda Been. Daniel is a chronic alcoholic that dealt with severe depression after losing many loved ones in a short span of time. He was brought into the Opie and Anthony show late last year to tell their story. Little did they know Daniel Mustard could possibly be the next top folk rock singer. Opie has took the initiative to get him get a record going.
I encourage you all to throw him some words of encouragement on his
Daniel Mustard's facebook profile.
