It is the age-old story of men trying to balance time and responsibility... faced with the realities of life and choice, the results of both are plain to see, and harder to ignore. This movie had me right were I live... though I am not in a professional career, my public work can take me away from my children...

One of the most touching moments in the film was when Adam Mitchell's (Alex Kendrick) precious little daughter asks him to dance, on a grassy meridian in a downtown location, in front of God and everybody... and he declines...
How is it that we can resist the most perfect love from those most precious to us? "Courageous' unlocks the door to second chances, and gives us all the key to hope!
