Oh, did you hear about the official Hilary Duff engagement ring? It's 12 carets, radient cut, and worth an estimated $1 million. Not too shabby. Mike Comrie must have invested his hockey player salary wisely – he only makes about $1.25 million a year for the Edmonton Oilers.
Well, he had to have a huge ring if he wanted to impress multi-millionaire Hilary Duff. Engagement ring pictures are hard to find online – especially close-up ones, but there are a few blurry ones.
"She was completely surprised," Hilary's sister Haylie Duff said Saturday in Las Vegas. "I don't think that happens all the time. I think most of the time people figure it out or have some idea that it's going to happen, and I think it's great he was able to do a surprise like that for her."
Yeah, I'd say that a million dollar engagement ring would be a surprise. Anyway, congrats to Hillary Duff on her engagement. Enjoy it, kiddo.
