Actress, Brittany Murphy, who recently passed away this past December 20th from pneumonia at the tender age of 30, didn't leave her husband with much as far as money goes.
Simon Monjuack, Brittany Murphy's husband received nothing when the actress passed away. Brittany and Simon who had been married since 2007 said he wasn't surprised by the contents of her wife's will.
Brittany Murphy in a handwritten will that was stored in her manager's safe, left her whole estate to her mother Sharon. The will had been written many years before Brittany and Simon had married and a revised will had never been rewritten.
The will along with her trust had a clause written in it to state, "I am married to Simon Monjuack who I have intentionally left out of this will."
Simon has stated publicly that their marriage had been "dogged" with ridiculous rumors. He hopes that since he gained nothing by her death that those rumors will now be put to rest.
