The Hon. Micheal P. Kenny of the Superior court of Sacramento tossed out Alan Keyes lawsuit against the Secretary of State of California. Keyes is another one of these ridiculous "obama's not qualified" birfer idiots, and a raving lunatic as well.
These cases have wasted enough valuable court time. My only disappointment is that Kenny did not threaten the lawyers with sanctions for bringing a frivolous suit to the court.
I can't wait to see Orly Taitz' and Mario Appuzo's cases tossed out as well.
Also Quashed was the plaintiff's motion to subpoena Obama's Occidental College records.
