Im my article I state:

In many respects, Spirituality mirrors the philosophy of Buddhism, which is a path of practice and spiritual development leading to insight into the true nature of life. Buddhist practices such as meditation, are means of changing oneself in order to develop the qualities of awareness, kindness, and wisdom. The experience developed within the Buddhist tradition over thousands of years, has created an incomparable resource for all those who wish to follow a path — a path which ultimately culminates in enlightenment.

However, the main focus of my article is to try and determine if the three monotheistic religions, namely, Christianity, Islam and Judaism who do believe in God actually beieve in the same God.

I even end my article by stating: My article, in no way, is meant to favor or disfavor any person’s religious belief and if such exception has been taken, I sincerely apologize that my article has not been taken for what it was meant to be – a simple review of how Christianity, Islam and Judaism view God.
