Okay I'll bite. Who is Siempre Solo? I'm asking this because I've gotten more than a few private messages as well as public comments eluding to the similarities or out right suggesting that I am Siempre Solo. This has been happening now since the first day I opened up an account with Rant Rave and quite frankly I'm intrigued?
At first I thought it was a site term similar to nubbie or nube since siempre solo means always alone and a nubbie is presumably alone when he starts out at a new site. But then I was told that I ended my sentences like "he/she" did and that I wrote thematically like Siempre Solo as well. I was even given a brief bio about his rise to stardom, and subsequent fall from grace here at Rant Rave. Supposedly coming back as various new incarnations. Since then.
Now I'm very familiar with various national conspiracy theories as well as some local folklore as well but this is the first time that I've encountered a website specific lore or tale. This is seriously fascinating. So much so that I would bet any anthropologist or social psychiatrist would have a field day studying this anomaly. It is an anomaly. Isn't it? Facebook doesn't have site folklore does it?
In any case I want to hear more of it. I want to know what everybody has to say about the legend of Siempre Solo. Is this a story that changes from person to person? Is it a story that is confined to the old timers from this site only or do other nubbies know of his mythology as well and I just don't read enough of the back stories? Let's have it! Who is Siempre Solo to you,? Because if people don't start telling me something concrete I'll start to think it's an inside joke and I'll just start playing along!
