When Questions/Concerns About Websites Do Not Get Answered

Have you ever had a concern or question about a website; found the way to contact the individual(s) (who are responsible for answering concerns or questions about the website) online; sent your concern or question to them, either by emailing them, or using the website's online submitting form -- and patiently waited for a reply -- only to find (days or weeks) later, that you still have not received a response?

Or, just as frustrating: Have you ever received a response for a concern or question that you submitted, only to find that the sender of the response had asked you to send them information that you already included in your concern or question -- or, sends you information that appears to be totally irrelevant to the topic of concern or question; and gives you the impression that (in part) what you sent to them, was either misconstrued, overlooked; or the receiver of your information was simply clueless?
