In a week-long series beginning 10pm Monday, March 29th, CNN's Anderson Cooper 360° examines allegations that Scientology leader Mr David Miscavige has for years beaten, kicked and choked top members of the church.
In this series, the Church finally gets its day in court, and to announce any defamation proceedings against the people who claim the violence occurred. Mr Miscavige's spokesman, Mr Tommy Davis lays blame for the violence not on Mr Miscavige, but squarely on all the people who claim that the violence occurred.
Finally, the Church of Scientology is given a platform to refute the claims of all the violent psychos, such as the Kingpin, the Fact-Checker, and the Pants-Sniffer, who had formerly run the Church under Mr Miscavige's leadership.
