Urgent: Unblocking Restricted Phone Numbers

Hello,
This is not the type of rant I usually write, but I am in need of some advice. My little sister has received some "low-key threatening" prank calls from a restricted number, and I need to know how to see who they are coming from. With all the suicides lately because of bullying, I am taking no chances here. They are not threatening enough to go to the police, but telling her to "watch your back" and "I'm watching you" in a disguised voice. Please, if you know how to see who is making these phone calls, write to me or reply to this rant. I would be most appreciative. Also, the sooner the better; these calls are coming quickly.
Thank you very much.

You can do this by only picking up for familiar numbers or letting every call go to voicemail and only picking up when you recognize the voice. You can also have the phone company block certain numbers so you don't receive those calls. If you have a cell phone, you can do this block yourself.

You can also find out who is calling and decide where to go from there. There are various ways to do this. One way is to contact your phone company and have them put a trap on your phone line. This will record the numbers of every call you get for about three or four weeks. Whenever you receive a threatening phone call, make a record. The phone company can then find the number - as well as the name and address - of the caller. You can then turn this over to the police. You can also dial *57 after receiving such a call. The phone company will record the number that called and give the owner information to the police.
