As the title declares the United nations is poised to make a binding Gun Ban treaty. if you watch the corresponding video attached to this article you soon come to the realization that this threat is not some wacky conspiracy theory it is not some piece of fiction it is the undeniable truth and a matter of fact.
To really grasp how serious a global gun ban treaty would be you first need to know what the difference between a treaty and a law is. Here in the United States our system is made up of laws those laws are not binding in a sense and We The People can and do petition our Federal Government when either the States or the Federal Government oversteps its power. This is allotted to us as a Right in our Constitution. That would be the Freedom of Speech and Expression, the Freedom to Assemble and the Freedom to petition our Government with grievances. If they disregard the will of the People then we simply vote them out of office or in one of the latest cases attempt to throw them out of Office by gathering x amount of signatures and having to hold another election to retain their representative position.
When a treaty is formed whole Governments come to a binding agreement such as Iran and their nuclear weapon secrecy. many nations can put pressure on Iran from many fronts to either make them hold to the Nuclear proliferation treaty or to wage a legal war on the country. In Iran's case if they keep refusing to unveil their Nuclear intentions they run the risk of a war on many fronts from many countries.
A treaty is binding their is no democracy involved. This means if you break a binding gun treaty as a citizen under United Nations Laws you can and will be extradited and their is nothing the United States could do.
