Tonight I thought I would talk about who everybody is when the republicans didn't have enough power because the democrats had more people I think they said they had more democrats then republicans so they could do what ever they wanted and they did exactly that pass a bill vote or what ever was needed to get something off the floor and passed well guess what the republicans now basically control and its been harder to get something done because the republicans were going to hold off until they get what they came for and what they really wanted or they wouldn't budge it was what they wanted and nothing else so we waited and I'm not saying it wasn't right we did that to what was the old wise tail why can't we just work together and get along? Well enough of that how's obama doing? Well we know that he walked into a mess basically when he took office and some say he did good some say mabe not so good but now he did catch our most wanted right osama binladdin that was a big plus its hard to know if he will continue onto 2012 I think he has a chance what do you think? And the mayors and the governors where would we be without them and finally congress plays a good row legislature and senators and the house.

11 months ago: When the Dems were in power, the Repubs found ways to stop or slow down everything by throwing whatever monkey wrenches into the works that they could. they filibustered every bill, so not much got done in the Senate. The House did a lot but it takes both houses of Congress to make a law. So the House had 490 bills pending action when the Repubs took over.

Now they have perfected their bullying ways using terrorist tactics, saying that unless we kill Medicare they will not extend the debt limit which is needed to pay for all of the programs that the Republicans insisted on, like the $700 billion giveaway to the rich and both wars.

They are willing to destroy America unless they get their ways. They want to eliminate 75% of nonmiliatary discretionary spending (only 14% of the budget) while preserving tax cuts to the oil companies, refusing to cut the military and refusing to raise revenue, while giving an additional trillion dollars to the rich, despite the fact that 81% of the people want tax increases on the rich.
