We have heard of the atrocities in the middle east, and have been bombarded with media to stop the violence against women... but not the violence in China, why? Is it that the West is indebted to China into the trillions? Has our silence been purchased? We can invade smaller middle-eastern countries on a lot less evidence... and for a lot less crime, so why is China allowed to continue it's crimes against humanity? THEY CAN'T BE STOPPED!
Clinton accuses Gadhafiof using rape as a tool...
"Rape, physical intimidation, sexual harassment, and even so-called 'virginity tests' have taken place in countries throughout the region," she said in a statement."
http://www.montrealgazette.com/news/worl...Some time back I heard an analogy about the fur trade industry, it goes like this... "Though both kill animals to get their product, it is easier to protest the sale of furs, than it is to boycott the sale of leather!" Why, you might ask? Well, "little old ladies" purchase furs... and Hell's Angels buy leather!! Going up against Libya on women's rights issues is like going up against weak-willed furriers... but going up against China is taking your nations lives in your hands! FACE IT... CHINA OWNS US.
China Divested 97 Percent of US Treasury Bills

http://www.womensrightswithoutfrontiers....But here is the kicker... there are forced abortions in the West as well.
Forced Abortions In America...
The Un-Choice
In a national study of women, 64% of those who aborted felt pressured to do so by others. This pressure can become violent. 65% suffered symptoms of trauma. In the year following an abortion, suicide rates are 6-7 times higher."
http://www.stopforcedabortions.org/force...It would seem tactics are somewhat different in China than in the West, however "CHOICE" isn't part of it... unless you call giving into threats your choice? No doubt China leads the world in inhumane violence against women and people in general...
but I guess he who has the money makes the rules! It is clear that this soon to be #1 world power will have us all under their thumb... and our women under the knife.
Is this just a little "over-the-top" ...or is it on the money?
I think it is on the money... literally!
IF we want to stop forced abortions... we will need to stop greed.

Part and parcel of the Abortion issue is compulsory sterilization...
Compulsory Sterilization in the USA...
"For example, in 1972, United States Senate committee testimony brought to light that at least 2,000 involuntary sterilizations had been performed on poor black women without their consent or knowledge. An investigation revealed that the surgeries were all performed in the South, and were all performed on black welfare mothers with multiple children. Testimony revealed that many of these women were threatened with an end to their welfare benefits until they consented to sterilization.[37] These surgeries were instances of sterilization abuse, a term applied to any sterilization performed without the consent or knowledge of the recipient, or in which the recipient is pressured into accepting the surgery. Because the funds used to carry out the surgeries came from the U.S. Office of Economic Opportunity, the sterilization abuse raised older suspicions, especially amongst the black community, that "federal programs were underwriting eugenicists who wanted to impose their views about population quality on minorities and poor women."[37]
Native American women were also victims of sterilization abuse up into the 1970s.[38] The organization WARN (Women of All Red Nations) publicized that Native American women were threatened that, if they had more children, they would be denied welfare benefits. The Indian Health Service also repeatedly refused to deliver Native American babies until their mothers, in labor, consented to sterilization. Many Native American women unknowingly gave consent, since directions were not given in their native language. According to the General Accounting Office, an estimate of 3,406 Indian women were sterilized.[38] The General Accounting Office stated that the Indian Health Service had not followed the necessary regulations, and that the "informed consent forms did not adhere to the standards set by the United States Department of Health, Education, and Welfare (HEW)."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eugenics_in...Compulsory Sterilization in Canada...
"Youths, minorities, and women were sterilized in disproportionately high numbers. Minors, because of their legal dependency on adults, were almost always assigned as "mental defectives", thus bypassing the parental consent requirement. Albertan Aboriginal people and Métis, regardless of age, were also targeted. Aboriginal people represented only 2.5% of the general population in Alberta, but made up 6% of the institutionalized population. Towards the end of Alberta's sterilization program, Aboriginal people and Métis made up 25% of the sterilizations performed. Furthermore, those of Aboriginal ancestry were disproportionately assigned the "mentally deficient" rating, which denied them their legal rights and made them eligible for sterilization without consent. Women, particularly women who were young, poor, and unmarried, were also disproportionately represented; they were thought to be at high risk for prostitution or at the very least promiscuity, activities suspected of breeding further immorality. While it was conceded that sterilization would not change the behavior of these women, it would prevent them from bearing similarly defective progeny."
