In the latest article:

http://www.guardian.co.uk/environment/20...

these know-it-alls are continuing to slowly admit this whole global warming...er..uh... global cooling... er... climate whatchamakallit is not real.

The so called "Climate Scientists" are saying "oops" and withdrawing their claims that the ocean levels are rising.

Even our own rantrave.com Altruist is seems to be starting to see the light.

I have the next question.

So, why in the wide, wide world of sports does Amabo keep on pushing this dang global warming...er...uh...global cooling....climate whatchamakallit?

(I know the answer.)

The S.O. you know what is even ENDING HUMAN SPACE FLIGHT in order to get NASA to push his hogwash.

So, why would Amabo still be saying the same dribble?

Could it be that Amabo is a socialist with a large chip on his shoulder, and he is trying to reshape our entire country in his image?

The good news is we don't need our snorkles anymore. Phew!

23 months ago: I found a good article from a publication that usually is faithful in carrying the water for the Al Gore warming program and to quote a portion:

http://www.newsweek.com/id/233887

"Many of them—including perhaps Rajendra Pachauri, the IPCC head—may have stepped too far over the line from science to advocacy, undermining their own credibility."

Exactly, Science has been replaced by advocacy. These scientists have essentially become hysterical religionists in the vein of James Cameron's pagan Avatar screed. I'd love to know what are the educational credentials to become a climate scientist - if they don't have a doctorate in meteorology as a bare minimum, they shouldn't be classified as experts on the subject of climate.

As for Al Gore, his sole educational credential is a Bachelor of Arts in government and he's the anointed face for global warming? That alone should breed healthy skepticism.
23 months ago: Oh, my. The IPPC is not responsible for it's reports, claims or assertions?

http://www.guardian.co.uk/environment/20...

In an exclusive interview with the Guardian, Dr Rajendra Pachauri, chair of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, said it would be hypocritical to apologise for the false claim that Himalayan glaciers could melt away by 2035, because he was not personally responsible for that part of the report. "You can't expect me to be personally responsible for every word in a 3,000 page report," he said.

Dr. Rajendra has more to worry about than his bogus support of faulty reports by his paid minions.

Dr. Rajendra has quoted several times the findings for the reports.

Yes, Dr Rajendra. You didn't compile the data that you so claimed as fact in you own words.

Yes, Dr Rajendra and the IPPC are hypocrites.

Dr. Rajendra continues with...

It was an isolated mistake, down to human error and "totally out of character" for the panel.

Oh really? From the leading IPPC contributers, the EAU...

There is much debate over whether the Medieval Warm Period was global in extent or not. The MWP is most clearly expressed in parts of North America, the North Atlantic and Europe and parts of Asia. For it to be global in extent the MWP would need to be seen clearly in more records from the tropical regions and the Southern Hemisphere. There are very few palaeoclimatic records for these latter two regions.

Of course, if the MWP was shown to be global in extent and as warm or warmer than today (based on an equivalent coverage over the NH and SH) then obviously the late-20th century warmth would not be unprecedented. On the other hand, if the MWP was global, but was less warm that today, then current warmth would be unprecedented.

We know from the instrumental temperature record that the two hemispheres do not always follow one another. We cannot, therefore, make the assumption that temperatures in the global average will be similar to those in the northern hemisphere.

Hey Phil. Where is your data?

Is you data lost, deleted ot manipulated?

We have not heard from Michael Mann and his tree rings in a while.

Where is Michael "The Man" and his government grants?
