That Russian "something" is a "Russian state arms trader" called something Russian, "Rosoboronexport".
I reiterate. "Russian state arms trader".

Bush placed sanctions on a Russian State Arms Dealer for selling nuclear arms components to Iran, and Obama lifted them.
Is that correct?
