Customer service seems to be hard to find lately, so I have to share this sterling example I recently exerienced. I went shopping at Cost Plus World Market in Tukwila, WA and found some great deals on wine for my hubby. Before I checked out, though, I did a quick bathroom stop, not knowing how long the rush-hour traffic might keep me in the car. While there I discovered there was no toilet paper, so I discreetly mentioned it to the cashier. She said, "I know. We've been out for a couple days. But did you find everything else you wanted?" They had the wine and beer, but I guess it was BYOTP!
