Don't ever stay at The Red Roof Inn, it was the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen, I was surprised because I have stayed there before and it was fine, but this particular one.. Wow.... We booked online and of course the pictures of the place made it out to be really nice.. Well, we got there and right at first our room was wrong.. We were supposed to have the business suite with a living room and 2 double beds, nope.. The room was a regular size room with one huge bed and a huge desk that took up most of the room, I guess that made it the "business suite" then we found bugs all over the floor, dead ones disgusting, the phone was messed up you had to hit it for it to work, the alarm clock, forget it... The microwave was dirty.. Had ONE towel and then to get more you would think we were asking to see the pope, it was just terrible, I got a sad little apology from the manager, nothing like a free room to make up for it. Which I would be scared to stay in anyway, just beware when staying at The Red Roof Inn in San Antonio Texas.
