The town in which I live is a pretty big town and not really known for its kind gangs of thugs. The other day on a street in my town a little boy was hit by a car and killed at dusk. I don't blame the driver, who was sober and alert. I blame the parents. The Child and several others were playing hide and go seek behind some cars parked on the side of the road and while running to safe the boy got killed. This could've been stopped had the parents been responsible and not allowed them to play at dusk, and especially in the middle of the street! Furthermore, a week or so later ON THE SAME STREET nother child was killed by a hit and run incident. The same group of kids were playing hide and go seek. Thankfully this one was not killed, but camoe on! Letting your children STILL play in the street after the first incident? That's just ignorant.
