As anticipated, President Obombasta easily won the highly coveted "Liar Of The Year" annual award presented by Slime Magazine.

Check out the following video excerpts to see the master liar in action:

1. END THE WARS

"I will promise you this, that if we have not gotten our troops out by the time I am President, it is the first thing I will do.
I will get our troops home.
We will bring an end to this war.
You can take that to the bank."

PD - Obama signed the UI Benefits on 9/6/11 for an extension of another 13 weeks for those who have fallen off and didn't receive the full 99 weeks. The long- termed unemployed he has done nothing about and has not recognized them. I guess it is business as usual with him. From what I am reading, there are thousands of unemployment claims pouring in and hundreds of thousands more unemployed with no jobs and out of benefits. What happens when everyone is caught up and no one is receiving any benefits and will all be facing the same fate.

NEW YORK — Stocks are edging lower in early trading after a report showed that more workers joined the unemployment rolls last week.

First-time applications for unemployment benefits rose last week to 414,000. Economists had expected a slight fall. The prior week's estimate of new claims was also revised higher. Both are signs that layoffs are increasing.

Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke will give a speech Thursday afternoon detailing his outlook for the U.S. economy. President Barack Obama will appear before Congress tonight and lay out his jobs plan.

Ten minutes after the opening bell, the Dow Jones industrial average is down 16 points, or 0.1 percent, at 11,398. The S&P 500 is down 2, or 0.1 percent, to 1,197. The Nasdaq composite is up less than a point at 2,549.

8 months ago: 14 million unemployed . . . 14 million! 14 million people whether you have been unemployed for three hours or three years . . . there's 14 million people looking for employment. I am sick of hearing "you don't have a job because you're not looking for a job"! 14 million people say THERE ARE NO JOBS! Ok, the government doesn't want to extend UI Benefits over 99 weeks, then pass a law that states those who have exhausted their benefits should be hired before those who still have benefits. Sounds silly, sure. But think about it.

Stop being politically polarized by the media. Obama can't create jobs no more than Congress can. America and her jobs were "sold out" long ago, it just took a brush with near economic collapse for American's to wake up. True job creation has to be done by the private sector, but most private companies have already moved jobs overseas to increase their profits and therefore their stock price. Why should companies pay one person $20 per hour and deal with unions, when they can get the same results for $2.00 per hour and there are no government regulations or unions to deal with in Asia. At this point unless taxes are cut out totally, there's NO insensitive for big businesses to create jobs in America.

And the era of doing the right thing for America and Americans joining together to "get it done" is over.

8 months ago: 14 million out of work and more to follow.
This Country is a train wreck.
Obama is going to address the Nation tonight on creating jobs.
The rate they are going is disgraceful.

It is so ironical how our desperation was ignored when we needed the help. I remember Pelosi saying NO to the people who were crying out for help when the economy was at its worse and people were losing homes and couldn't afford food. I remember being ignored over and over in our fight to be heard while people lost homes and couldn't put food on the table. They think we are stupid. They proved themselves to be exactly who they are. A bunch of talking heads with only one thought in mind of being elected in 2012.
