Obama's latest mockery magazine cover comes from National Review, who has portrayed the president as a proctologist... you know, a butt doctor. Now some may find this rather offensive, but some may also find it rather humorous... if you don't like Obama. President Obama the Proctologist just reminds me of that doctor visit you're not looking forward too, but you know have no choice, and you just know it's going to be unpleasant. Kind like Obama's presidency.
