As early as Tuesday, Egypt is expected to permit two Iranian warships to pass through the Suez Canal for the first time since the Iranian Revolution in 1979, Israeli officials say...anti-Israel cleric Yusuf Qaradawi— who returned to Egypt after years in exile — called for the "conquest" of Jerusalem's Al Aqsa mosque, Islam's third-holiest site, which was captured by Israel in the 1967 Middle East War and is also a Jewish holy site.
http://www.latimes.com/news/nationworld/...Israeli warships have used the canal in the past, but Iranian warships have been denied access to the Mediterranean Sea from the Suez since Iran's Islamic Revolution of 1979. Now that longtime President Hosni Mubarak has been ousted from power, Egypt's new military rulers approved the Iran's request for the transit of the two vessels Friday.
http://www.usatoday.com/news/world/2011-...This is just the beginning of the problems Israel anticipated with the ousting of Egypt President Hosni Mubarak. It is clear that if let to run it's natural course, Egypt would have Israel and America out of the area... that is if it is left to true democracy. Well, isn't that the will of the people? It would appear "democracy" is not in either nations best interest when it comes to Islamist regimes throughout the Middle East... the timely coup seemed ill planned, and too obvious even for the ousters. They would not have America's man Mohamed ElBaradei ...no matter how 'Nobel' he was.
More background on my ranting...
http://www.rantrave.com/Rant/News-Obamas...Just like "old times" ...Egypt pursuing the destruction of Israel, or at least profiteering a bit on it's inevitability. I don't think it will succeed, but it will be the makings of great drama that the West will be negligent to keep out of. Nothing like a good Eastern crisis to get the money flowing, and the chess pawns moving... it's been years since a good shock-and-awe blow s---f up happened! You know all those weapons of mass deception... getting a little old, and new ones are just itching to be used. I don't think that there will be a 'Red Sea' rising anytime soon... but a few Monsanto plagues may just be the ticket.
With the "big guys" all wanting to be god, this globalism could turn out to be quite the anti-climax when we get a look at the real faces behind the whole thing. Can you imagine the likes of Mark Zuckerberg AKA "Ruler of the Planet?" or Hillary Clinton?
Give me a break... let's see the real powers that be... you know the grand architect himself "Luci" the first! As the Good Book says about the him...
"Those who see you will stare at you and ponder over you: 'Is this the man who made the earth tremble, who shook kingdoms" Isaiah 14:16
IF it's not warships in the Suez, it will be scuds in Iraq... fear sells, and you can bet it won't be anytime soon the profiteers will be letting up. But with all this attention over such a small chunk of land (Israel), one could believe that there is more to it than some make it out to be... more wars have been fought there, and looks like a few more will be. It would seem that the Bible's book of Revelation is playing out like New York Times.
Why so, if there is nothing to the prophesies?
There is more interest in Bible prophesy than in any other aspect in bible study... and it is all centered around the existence and future of Israel... and if you look at the epicenter of trouble on the planet Earth, the Bible looks fearfully accurate. It is more than a coincidence that such attention is placed on the Holy Nation of Israel...
one would have to be blind to see the unnatural focus the globe has on this tract of land.
History tends to repeat itself... that is why I think, that one should be more than just a bit interested in who will be... the LAST "Prince of Egypt!"
