Obama has chosen to be the sole anchor holding not only America, but democrats as well, in the grips of this miring recession rather than opting to be the symbolic corner stone that economic recovery grows forth and prospers from. Obama continues to blatantly refuse acknowledgement of the bleak plight surrounding many growing numbers of America's voting constituents - these economically depressed people were once members of the dwindling Middle Class when Obama took office. Now these economically challenged Americans represent the exponentially growing number of Americans with various hardships because the leader of the nation does not feel they should be calculated as a significant part of strong and continuing economic recovery to transcend this deep recession.

History is repeating itself again. During the Great Depression the leaders at the time in Washington refused to acknowledge struggling Americans. These leaders didn't want to help suffering Americans, and didn't want to admit Washington's unwillingness to aid constituents was the only reason the Great Depression lasted so long. Just as now, these officials of the Depression were content only aiding their friends, the wealthiest few. America finally emerged from the Depression only after elected officials in Washington begrudgingly and contemptuously gave continuing support to beleaguered Americans whose positions and status suffered as a direct result of the greed of the few.

Obama has proven by his arrogance and obstinance that he will ignore Americans who desperately need his support - he has shown no plans of supporting the only people who can put him back in office. Obama will not acknowledge or support the growing number of 99ers by using his position to force congress to address their constituents directly about this rising crisis, instead of cowardly ignoring these issues behind Washington's closed doors. Obama could once and for all force Washington to commit political suicide be demanding they face their constituents with their unjust stances.

However, this is unlikely to occur because Obama will not address the homeless epidemic that is spreading unchecked across America as a direct result of ignoring 99ers. Obama refuses to acknowledge this recession is anticipated to last a minimum of 430 weeks and will end (at the earliest) in 2016 according to all analysts around the world not affiliated with Washington's lies and faerytales. This list of struggling Americans goes on and on and on, and grows more and more each day while Obama continues to act like these issues don't exist and should therefore not be a concern of Washington. This perspective won't change until the attitude of the leader is changed.

Obama will lose the election because he lacks the the basic knowledge instilled in all Americans since birth, that you take care of your own first. Not only are struggling Americans not on Obama's top ten list, they never even made the list. Still he can't fathom why he's hard pressed mustering Americans to want to vote for him again.

I remember when he first took office how the only thing on his mind was forcing his healthcare reformation down the throats of Americans instead of immediately trying to mend the economy. His selfish, narrow-minded, short sighted agenda further hurt America at a critical juncture when there was the chance at a quicker economic recovery. Just like with the Great Depression, the longer Obama and Washington continue to treat struggling constituents like parasites will directly affect the cost and length of this continuing recession. Obama will have no one to blame for his political removal except his own downright hateful and blatant unwillingness to put forth any energy to aid Americans who can elect him or oust him.

Obama's own actions are the only reason why he will be a one term President. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Please note, I have a hard time using the word president in the same sentence with the name Obama because the title president is one of respect that is earned. Obama clearly has never earned the right to be called president when it comes to his handling of the American constituent crisis.

It was as plain as his big ears.

I certainly hope you are correct.

Also many of the Democrats are angry that Obama has knuckled under to the terrorist tactics of the Republicans, and has started all negotiations with centrist policies that ended up being conservative when negotiations were finished.

A centrist however is still a thousand times better than any on the right that might get the Republican nomination.

Obama has been fighting to extend unemployment at every turn. He was coerced by the Republicans to extend tax cuts to the rich so he could extend unemployment and it was a big part of the stimulus.

Obama fought for extending the unemployment from the original 25 weeks and got it extended an additional 67 weeks., however those extensions will end Nov. 30th unless Congress extends them, and the Republicans will block any extensions the Democrats try to get through.

Republicans will not only throw the 99r's under the bus. They think regular unemployment is unconstitutional. They are now on record wanting to kill Medicare and will soon go on record wanting to kill Social Security, all so the millionaires can get another trillion dollars.

Bankruptcies were a big source of worry back then and 65% of bankruptcies were because of medical problems. Health care is also becoming an important aspect of employment. If the government helped the uninsured it would help businesses immensely. His problem is he left it in the insurance companies hands. He should have eliminated these expensive middlemen and just expanded Medicare.

The problem with the insolvency of Medicare is that they are only dealing with the oldest, sickest, people, and 85% of medical costs are in the last year of life. If the system was expanded to include everyone, the costs would go way down, because they would be adding many more healthy people to the insurance pool.

A more assertive politician (Hillary) would have directed both party's specifically in the direction he wanted. Leaving nothing left for them to do but carve out the details. What is worse he took on two wars, wall street, Banks, Housing and let the rumors of his Birth certificate and religion blow out of proportion. Not ool in my book. Not cool at all!
