Intruding in someone’s privacy, Soul Winning?

A crowd congregated around Jesus before His ascension. They heard His command to spread the gospel everywhere around the world making disciples and baptizing people from all nations. Surely, this seemed like an overwhelming task for a handful of followers, but they obeyed. Their personal experiences with Christ undoubtedly motivated them to share the good news, and they also must have gained confidence from Jesus' promise of His presence and power.

We, too, should be taking Christ's command seriously. One of our highest callings as believers is to tell others about Him. As was true for the early Christians, our own experience with the Savior is the most exciting and convincing story to tell.
Are you passionately telling others about Christ? Loving God involves not just having a personal relationship with Jesus but also sharing Him with others. The world around you needs the power of Christ. Let the Holy Spirit. Lead and teach you to share the Salvation message.

In 2012 are we intruding in someone's privacy if we approach them to share the Gospel? If you greeted someone with "good day" how are you? The forecast is for rain. Is this acceptable but telling them about Salvation and how to get to Heaven and avoid Hell, is this unacceptable?

The "intrusion of solitude" claim in an invasion of privacy lawsuit applies to an actual physical or electronic penetration of a person's private home or other personal space. If a person was undressing at home, for example, and someone filmed this without telling the person, he or she could sue for invasion of privacy. The same would hold true for any attempt to break into someone's home to obtain embarrassing or private materials. When a burglar allegedly broke into the home of actress Pamela Anderson and stole a private home video, for example, she could legally sue the person, using the "intrusion of solitude"

Freedom of speech is the political right to communicate one's opinions and ideas via speech. The term freedom of expression is sometimes used synonymously, but includes any act of seeking, receiving and imparting information or ideas, regardless of the medium used. In practice, the right to freedom of speech is not absolute in any country and the right is commonly subject to limitations, as with libel, slander, obscenity and incitement to commit a crime.

Are you sure that you are going to Heaven? Not really, would you like to be sure? Yes. Then I explain the Gospel, then I say Romans 19:9 says that if we believe with all our heart and confess with our mouth that Jesus is the Son of God we will be forgiven for all of sins and when we die we will go to Heaven?

Would you like to prayer with me to receive Him as your Lord and Savoir? Yes please. Then I pray and the person repeats after me.

The reason I have posted this subject is that some family members that are not Christians criticise me for sharing the Gospel.

Rom 10:9 Because if you confess the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved.
Rom 10:10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth one confesses unto salvation.
Rom 10:11 For the Scripture says, "Everyone believing on Him shall not be put to shame."
Rom 10:12 For there is no difference both of Jew and of Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call on Him.
Rom 10:13 For everyone, "whoever shall call on the name of the Lord will be saved."
Rom 10:14 How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without preaching?
Rom 10:15 And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, "How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace and bring glad tidings of good things!"
