Correct: removing seeds and pips

I think I have poisoned myself with cyanide!

It started only a few years after I arrived in Germany in 1991 and for the last 8 years I have felt pretty MEGA rotten. It seemed only nicotine and alcohol helped suppress my nervous disorder, pains, numbness, dizziness, itching, nausea and much more. I could not concentrate on work, became weaker and lazier. I gave up smoking in 2006 and alcohol in 2008 but that is when the real pain and disabilities started. I have seen a lot of doctors including specialists in neurology, psychology, orthopaedic and skin disorders but they are baffled. My disorders make me a total of 120% disabled, officially set at 50% and officially capable of 3 hours of work a day.

Today I came across this little report: "Top 10 poisonous foods we love to eat"

Obviously, I will now adhere to the following BIG changes in my diet:
- don't eat the pips (seeds) of apples. I consumed about 2-6 whole apples a day!
- make sure nuts are roasted, never raw. I love nuts above all other snacks.
- never use green or growing potatoes. We eat everything!
- avoid cheap cherry juice, never crush or swallow the pips.
The above contain poisons like hydrogen cyanide or hydro-cyanic acid which cause exactly the effects I have had for the last years and since I have lived in Munich were these products are available in masses and at very low in price.

Birds also don't eat these either! There is an explanation for natures way: the flesh of the fruit helps it to be transported by animals but the poison avoids the seeds being eaten so that the plant may multiply.

Doctors report will follow...
