APRIL 10, 2011 -- Sunday.......... I have serious issues and grievances agaisnt Electchester -- Queens. 1. The new bushes we got last week. Why does Electchester needs new evergreen bushes ? Listen, In my apartment, I don't have a new stove. I have a very old eletrical stove from the 1960's. I still have a fuse box instead of a circuit breaker. I still have broken tiles that has to be 30 years old. So why does Electchster needs new evergreen bushes and new fences near a parking lot / parking space. I believe something fishy is going on here. I wonder if the new stuff that we got is for some other personal gain. A gain that is being hidden with the help of new useless fences and more useless bushes. I hate to tell everyone but the landscaping job that Electchester hires they do a very very poor job of maintaining the soil and the grounds of Electchester.

___ Electchester has a problems of redoing -- renovation -- of new apartments that they want to rent out. They don't care either. I will admit the rent is good but the "entry fee" is fishy and high but now they want to raise it astronomically !!!!!! It doesn't effect old tenants --- well that greatly depends on the new lease we are supposed to sign -- but it definitely effects new tenants that wants to rent very old apartments.

__ Do you know what else we have that we shouldn't have ? We have very old cabinets that's been painted over a thouand and one times. And all of this is coming from a building that is privately owned but is under new york state charter for affordable housing. The things that they do is fishy and suspicious and very shaky and goes agaisnt a non-profit housing organization. They don't allow tenants to do things around the building or buildings for cheaper rent. that is the most deplorable thing a nonprofit organization can do !!!!!!!!!
