Herbert Glaveson revealed today the secrets behind the false arm scandal.
Both Richardson and Montenegro had resolved that neither Glaveson nor Smit would be held accountable for any breaches of the law in relation to the false arm.
However, Glaveson himself chose to make the revelations to head off criticism expected to come from supporters of the Cavendish faction.
Glaveson, speaking under condition of anonymity, revealed that the false arm was the brainchild of Alfredo Semper. Semper, a long time proponent of restricted access to brachial falsity data, would neither confirm nor deny Glaveson's allegations, but agreed that he could be quoted in that regard.
