GameFly Membership Plans Price Hike

I could not help but notice the recent change in membership plan prices with GameFly. I began my GameFly membership for $5.95 a month. I saved $3.00 and some change renting Call of Duty Black Ops from GameFly for a month rather than Blockbuster for a few days. This can no longer be done!

GameFly has increased their rates by $2.00 for the best value plan and by $2.00 for the plan I enlisted in. The best value plan allows members to rent two games at a time to be shipped to your address. The games come with a postage-free, return envelope. This plan begins at $11.95 for the first month. After the first month, the plan is $22.95. Weeks ago this plan began at $9.95 a month. The plan I acted is for one video game rental at a time. This plan is now $7.95 a month for the first month and then $15.95 a month thereafter.

With the unpredictable economy and postage shifts, it can be understandable as to why GameFly increased its rates. Actually, the service is premier! The website is easy to use. The games are readily available. Furthermore they offer games for many gaming consoles; even Gameboy Advance and GameCube!

Though the GameFly membership plans have hiked in price, there is one membership plan that is yet the same. The GameFly Free Trial is and has always been free of charge. New members to GameFly can play two games up to 10 days. After the 10th day if the new member does not cancel their membership defaults to the $22.95 a month plan.
