GOOGLE ADSENSE

I have to admit. Writing your thoughts onto rantrave.com is pretty fun. I am an extreme newbie when it comes this blog stuff but I have to ask this community. Do you really make money off of Google adsense? And if you do, do you make enough to say, wow, I can't believe I'm getting paid to just...write.

I know it's not all about the money. I just recently started writing on rantrave and it's fun and addicting. I'm so anxious to see if anybody has left me any comments and I'm just dying to see what other people have recently posted.

But if you are going to make money for doing something fun then heck, why not. So my question to you all. Is Google adsense really something that I need to worry about? Could this be the cash cow that I have been looking for? I don't know. It's officially been two days of writing on rantrave and I have zero dollars, lol.

Any thoughts on this?

I have asked for more things to help us earn cash for our posts, and have been told more things are in the works. I have about a dozen affiliate marketing relationships that would be well suited to RantRave.com, even just allowing us to embed Amazon links to books, products, and the like that we rant and rave about would help us earn more from our hard work.

In the end, you have to do this because you love it, have something to say, and so forth. There are things that could, and in my humble opinion should, be done to improve the money-making aspect, but for now, it's all about building content for the site, as I see it. The more pages the site has, the more content to be found by search engines and bring traffic to the site. Page loads and clicks equals cash.
