Future American Warriors – Blackwater and Robots

Blackwater plane over Afghanistan

Most people said that our boys and gals in uniform would never enforce NDAA by arresting Americans. Current administration found a solution to this potential problem – Blackwater and Robots.

New Defense budget will be $525 billion as opposed to $553 billion in 2011. Before you say yea and congratulate government on finally cutting spending, you should do a sanity check on current events touching on Department of Defense.

US Military will now eliminate about 100,000 positions, 80,000 in the Army and 20,000 in the Marine Corps.

Under the new budget, new Predator and Reaper drone air patrols, new remote controlled submarine missiles, Fire Scout robo-copters and something called "unmanned systems with increased capabilities" will be added to the military's arsenal.

The US Department of Defense already outsourced War on Drugs in Latin and Central America to Academi, a company that used to be called Blackwater before all the scandals.

The contract with Blackwater was no-bid agreement authorized by the Pentagon. With this deal, DoD transfers federal funds to this mercenary company without ever seeking better offers from competitors.

Incidentally, in July 2011, Jack Quinn, former White House Counsel to President Bill Clinton and former Chief of Staff to Vice President Al Gore, was named as an Independent Director of the company.

It seems that government decided that more unemployed people is acceptable price to pay for the possibility to dole out money to private mercenary companies that do not pay US taxes.

Blackwater (or Academi as it is now called) employs people of many nationalities. There is no way you can expect patriotism or respect of American values from those guys.

For example, consider the 2009 lawsuit filed in US District Court in Alexandria, Virginia, that accuses the company of engaging in weapons smuggling, money laundering, tax evasion, child prostitution, illegal drug use and destruction of evidence.

Now, there is no way to prevent DoD from hiring Blackwater to enforce NDAA on American soil. There is no way you could argue or appeal to some Russian ex-Alpha trooper like you could to some of our own soldiers.

Once Blackwater gets no-bid contract to control remote drones, US Military will effectively end up outsourced in full. With NDAA authorizations and airborne, armed robotic force, Blackwater could rule the country.

You have to ask yourself one question – Do you feel lucky?

You nailed it! ..."Blackwater (or Academi as it is now called) employs people of many nationalities. There is no way you can expect patriotism or respect of American values from those guys" ...once the boys are back from serving many tours of duty in Iraq, and being lied to for so many years... they too won't have much patriotism left either... how ever they need to get these guys off the payroll, and get the guns out of their hands, lest they don't like the way their country is being butchered.

26 days ago: It is just like the Zetas (ex-military) gang in mexico... they started out as the military protecting the government, and decided why should we protect them, and just took over everything! Now nobody does anything on the east coast of Mexico without going through the Zetas. They are currently expanding to take over Guatemala. Who do you think "Blackwater or Academi" team up with south of the American Border?

Our government has found that overt war with real boots on the ground is very unpopular, so we are going with drone attacks because that doesn't loose American lives, and we let mercenaries do all of the work in Iraq so we can say that we don't have any troops over there.

The actual weapon carrying American mercenaries get up to five times as much money as our troops for the same activities. As Dr. Darko reports there are a lot of people from other nations hired by the mercenaries. In Iraq and Afghanistan the mercenaries don't trust the local people to do the support positions like laundry and cooking because they tend to sneak in bombs, so they hire people from Indonesia at starvation wages. These people are virtually indentured servants unable to leave the compounds.

Both Iraq and Afghanistan want the mercenaries out of the country because they refuse to be held liable under any laws US or local.

It is time to get rid of the mercenaries altogether. If a job needs to be done, let our troops do it at one fifth the price.

It is time to stop our imperialism and get out of the nation building business altogether so we don't need any forces covert or overt.
