Also It's the other people who let another's choice make them miserable. They don't have to like a family member indulging in Drugs, but if it destroys them it's because they let it. Its wrong to lock up non violent drug users, I say users because it should not be a criminal offense to use drugs, they are only hurting themselves. It is not a direct act that will physically hurt others. Are some people emotional about it sure but It's not their choice to make and if they let it destroy their life It's sadly the family members own fault. U can try to help thats all. I could kill someone tomorrow and go to jail, my family will be sad that I am being locked up for a lifetime and never see them again except through a video screen but I did it to myself and they will live on still take vacations etc. The drug user only truly hurts themselves. Everyone Dies its all about how you perceive it. We cannot control peoples choice to consume certain products, thats wrong. It goes against freedom. My choice to smoke pot Hurts NO ONE. If I wanna do it, then let me. Why should the government lock me up for it. what does is solve other than wasting money and torturing me? see my point ??
