So there is a lot of talk about Marijuana and recently about how the fed is locking up doctors of over medicating patients. When we start letting law enforcement Determine the appropriate dosages of medications prescribed by doctors and at that prosecuting the doctors who prescribe them we are doing a very bad thing. I feel the same way about the narcotic pain killers as I do about Marijuana. Its the Peoples Choice, and regardless of its legalities People are going to obtain them and use them regardless of the law. On top of that they should be given that right, its supposed to be a free country, how can we say its free when we mandate what one consumes. Patients are dieing from overdoses, OK that is not the doctors fault obviously the patient was abusing and using in a manner that was not intended. The doctors should not be held liable for another persons decision, yet here the fed is arresting and charging the people who are hear to help us. The fed is not doctors, if a doctor is doing something wrong it should be handled by the medical board of that state, not the fed. Now we have doctors AFRAID to help the people who really need the help or prescription for fear of being persecuted by the fed. The future holds chaos, believe me when I say that. Legalize marijuana, I'm on probation but have been token here and there and now they are most likely going to revoke me, but hey "Stand for something or fall for anything" a stolen quote from myself initially stated on Sept 19 1993.. So we are going to lock people up because they choose to smoke. This country is almost becoming borderline communist. If we are truly free then our personal rights are being infringed, there should be no one locked up for drug possession or consumption.
